Arc Growth Company VCT plc ('Arc') was launched in February 2005 and admitted to the Official List on the London Stock Exchange in June 2005. The Company is now seeking to raise further funds for investment through a new issue of shares. Arc mainly invests in pre-IPO companies not currently listed or traded on any market or exchange, but which are likely to seek such a listing in the relatively near future. The Directors believe that companies in this position have significant growth potential as investment in them can be made at more attractive valuations than in companies that are either seeking to be or are already listed. Investments by Arc will not be concentrated in any specific industry sector.
