Date Posted: 2011-12-19 13:08 New Issue: Voiamo Group Plc The Directors believe that Voiamo Group Plc ("Voiamo") has developed a novel, patent applied for, platform to provide cost effective voice and data communications services to roaming mobile end users. Using the Voiamo platform, the Company's intended principal customers, Tier 2 mobile network operators, will be able to offer international travellers voice and data communications services outside of their home market at lower tariffs than available currently under existing roaming arrangements, without the shortcomings and inconvenience of many of the alternatives available for avoiding roaming costs. Following four years of technical and commercial development work with technology partners as well as a number of mobile network operators, the Company is seeking to raise funds to implement and launch its service during the second half of 2012.
