The Company's main country of operation is the United Kingdom, where it manufactures and sells CD and DVD cases and recycling containers for domestic waste to a range of customers.
The Company was listed on the premium segment of the Official List from 13 April 1995 until 16 August 2011. Since that date, it has entered into an acquisition agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Interpack Limited, a reseller and distributor of plastic container products predominantly to the food manufacturing and food packaging sector.
