Date Posted: 2010-08-10 11:44 New Issue: MiLOC Group Limited Founded in 2009, the Group is a traditional Chinese medicine ("TCM") pharmaceutical and healthcare service group which will be principally engaged in (i) the research and development of TCM specifically for pandemic diseases; (ii) the sale and distribution of TCM; and (iii) the development and operation of a network of high quality modern TCM clinics and hospitals in China, Hong Kong and Macau. Immediately before Admission, the Group will acquire a TCM for the treatment of influenza viruses, including the Influenza A (H1N1) virus (more commonly known as Swine Flu), which is marketed under the brand name of Rorrico. It is the Group's aim to explore the potential of TCM by introducing reliable TCM to the market, focusing initially on China, Hong Kong and Macau with the view to further expansion in South East Asia, as well as providing high quality modern TCM healthcare services in China, Hong Kong and Macau through which it will distribute the Group's TCM. The Group intends to promote a true TCM health care integrated delivery model from primary care to tertiary care.
The Group's main country of operation will be China, including its Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau.
