Fuse 8 Group Limited ("Fuse 8"), a private company, is reversing into Award International Holdings plc ("Award").
Award is an investment company quoted on PLUS markets. Subject to the forthcoming Award General Meeting, trading in ordinary
shares of Award on PLUS will cease at the close of business on 19 July 2010 and it is expected that trading in the ordinary shares of Award on AIM will commence on 20 July 2010.

Covering a wide spectrum of services, ranging from online marketing to Search Engine Optimisation ("SEO"), Fuse 8 centres most of its services around enhancing clients' reputations by helping to market and build their brands.
